Social Media World Forum, Asia is a major social media event that lets participants interact and engage directly with the industry leaders, discovering the future first hand. The 2-day conference will include a number of new interactive formats, enabling delegates not only to learn from keynote presentations from key players, but also hear key speakers being interviewed, participate in open debates, highly interactive panel discussions, tweet panel, and listen to new emerging start ups present their latest tools and tips for Social Media marketers.

The application, built using the Web Spiders' proprietary event2mobile framework and designed to act a portable event guide, is the official app for the event. There are no maps/ papers to carry, stands and participants can be located easily, users can view their location on a floor map, and perform various additional activities that a physical event guidebook would not allow. Sponsors and participants can also use this application as a platform for event marketing.

The application will give iPhone users a ready tool to access tons of information about the Social Media World Forum, Asia event including session info and details, speaker details, list of exhibitors and information on each, the official website of the company and more.

The application was developed using the Xcode 3.1.3 and the iPhone SDK 3.0.
