As Chairman, he guides the group's long-term direction and oversees its financial operations, including budgeting, strategic financial management and risk mitigation. His analytical rigour and attention to detail underpin a culture of collaboration and steady growth.

Siddharth Jhunjhunwala
Siddharth started his entrepreneurial journey in 1995 with network solutions before moving into digital technologies. Over more than 25 years he has grown Web Spiders into a software and digital services group with operations in Kolkata, Singapore, London and the San Francisco Bay Area, and launched SpiderX AI as the group's specialist arm for enterprise AI and digital engagement. He is an alumnus of St. Xavier's College, Kolkata and the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.

With over 25 years in technology, Satarupa rose from web designer to VP, managing teams of 250+ across AI, e-commerce, cloud and SaaS. As Account Director she aligns client business goals with technology solutions and ensures effective delivery. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Banaras Hindu University and certifications in DevOps (UC Davis) and AI Strategy (UC Berkeley School of Information).

Niladri Dasgupta
Niladri brings over two decades of application development experience across multiple technology platforms. A certified AWS Solutions Architect, he designs cloud solution architectures and has architected business solutions across automotive, retail, finance and healthcare. He holds a BSc in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of Calcutta and is certified in Machine Learning from Stanford University.
