The principal product manager of developer relations for the Flash Platform, Mr. Mike Chambers has revealed to the Flash developers that Adobe would probably not make further investments in the Flash CS5's export to iPhone apps.
Though the Flash CS5 will continue to export the current iPhone OS 3, the developers should not overlook Apple's ability to be able to pull in apps from the CS5 and port it to the iPhone app from the Apple store from the future. It is believed that the Apple Company's enforcement of its defamed clause 3.3.1 of the developer agreement will make them careful enough to allow other alternative development environments.
It is predicted that, as Flash is extremely relevant to the mobile space, its absence might create a broad hitch in Apple's overall device sales.
