Application Programmer - Node JS

Prior Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Node JS.

Responsibilities

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic - Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Design and implementation of low-latency,high-availability, and performance applications.
• Implementation of security and data protection.
• Integration of data storage solutions.
• Develops (code), implements and maintains tools/applications. Ensures applications and systems possess sufficient controls.
• Remain engaged with latest technology trends and understand operational challenges to continually evolve application delivery processes and platform components.

Requirements

• 3 - 6 years of experience building highly interactive, data-driven enterprise web applications
• Expert knowledge of Node.js .
• Application frameworks such as Express / Rectify / Socket.io.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript and asynchronous programming
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS and cross browser compatibility issues.
• Proficiency in Linux and the CLI.
• Expert experience working with and developing REST based API services.

Major bonus points if candidates have experience with the following

• Working knowledge of Python/PHP and/or REACT.
• Working experience in DBMS like MySQL, Oracle or MongoDB.
• Docker and containerization environments.
• AWS configuration/management experience.
• Jquery and AngularJs knowledge will be added advantage.
