About the Role:
WS Humaned is seeking talented Software Developers to join our remote team for cutting-edge AI and data annotation projects. You will design, build, and maintain software solutions that power medical data annotation workflows and support AI model training. This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract with competitive compensation.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience with web development frameworks (React, Node.js, Django, or similar).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and API integrations.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control (Git).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications for AI and data annotation workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and medical experts.
• Integrate APIs and cloud services to optimize system performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing codebases.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security best practices.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in AI/ML-related software development.
• Familiarity with medical or healthcare data workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, global team environment.
