Medical AI Data Labeling Expert

About the Role:
WS Humaned is seeking detail-oriented professionals to join our medical AI data labeling team. In this role, you will annotate, classify, and validate medical datasets to help train AI algorithms with clinical accuracy. This fully remote, hourly contract role allows you to apply your expertise to advancing healthcare AI.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Background in life sciences, medicine, healthcare, or related field.
• Prior experience with medical data labeling, annotation, or clinical data review.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured annotation guidelines.
• Comfortable using software platforms for data labeling and managing large datasets.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately annotate medical datasets including images, reports, or structured clinical data.
• Classify data according to project-specific guidelines and protocols.
• Identify inconsistencies or ambiguities and flag them for review.
• Collaborate with the team to improve labeling guidelines and data quality.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of annotated data.

Preferred Attributes:

• Familiarity with AI/ML projects or healthcare AI applications.
• Analytical mindset with focus on quality and precision.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
