About the Role:
WS Humaned is seeking top-tier management consultants with experience at leading firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent) to provide strategic guidance on business operations, AI integration, and transformation initiatives. This is a high-impact, fully remote hourly contract role designed for senior professionals who can deliver actionable insights and drive business outcomes for clients.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a management consultant at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent top-tier consulting firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategy, operations, or digital/AI transformation projects.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic consulting and advisory support to client projects.
• Analyze business operations, identify gaps, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Drive AI and digital transformation initiatives leveraging industry best practices.
• Collaborate with remote teams and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality consulting outputs.
