Exceptional SWE Annotator

About the Role:
WS Humaned is looking for highly skilled Software Engineering (SWE) annotators to join our remote team. In this role, you will work on annotating, validating, and reviewing software engineering-related datasets to support AI and machine learning model development. This is a flexible, fully remote, hourly contract position for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in high-precision work.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of software development concepts, programming languages, and frameworks.
• Proven experience in software annotation or software-related data labeling projects.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and tagging technical datasets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with annotation platforms or willingness to quickly learn them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annotate and label software engineering datasets with high accuracy.
• Validate and cross-check annotations to ensure data quality.
• Follow WS Humaned’s guidelines for consistent and precise labeling.
• Identify ambiguous or challenging cases and flag for further review.
• Contribute to improving annotation processes for AI/ML workflows.

Preferred Attributes:

• Background in software engineering, computer science, or related fields.
• Experience supporting AI/ML model training projects.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.
