About the Role:

‍WS Humaned is hiring Management Consultants (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent) to support data labeling projects that require structured analysis and decision logic. This remote, hourly role lets you apply consulting frameworks and critical thinking to annotate, evaluate, and enrich datasets for enterprise AI and LLM training.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

‍MBB or equivalent consulting background.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret complex business scenarios clearly.
Experience with independent, remote project work.

Key Responsibilities:

‍Apply consulting logic to label, classify, and evaluate complex datasets.
Review business scenarios and ensure consistent, high-quality annotations.
Refine instructions and support taxonomy development.
Maintain accuracy and rigor across large-scale data tasks.

Preferred Attributes:

‍Experience in strategy, due diligence, or operations work.
Strong communication and synthesis ability.
Interest in AI and data-centric workflows.
