As a WordPress Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites and applications that align with our clients' needs and our company's standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement engaging and user-centric WordPress websites.
• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins that enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development, testing, or post-launch phases.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, plugins, and technologies to recommend and implement improvements.
• Assist in website migration, updates, and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers, to deliver successful projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when necessary.
• Maintain documentation for developed features, plugins, and applications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your WordPress projects.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization techniques.
• Solid understanding of MySQL and database management in WordPress.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with AI integration or machine learning concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
• WP engine and headless WordPress experience is desired
• Up-to-date knowledge of current web development trends and best practices.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
