UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather user requirements to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
