Project Manager - B2B / ERP / Marketplace projects

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with proven expertise in driving complex B2B, ERP, or Marketplace projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for multiple concurrent projects.
  
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
  
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
  
• Drive Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
  
• Prepare detailed project reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior leadership and clients.
  
• Manage fixed-price and time & material (T&M) projects ensuring profitability and delivery quality.
  
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the project team.
  
  

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of proven project management experience in IT or software development.
  
• Hands-on experience managing B2B, ERP, or Marketplace implementation projects.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
  
• Deep understanding and practical application of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Proven success in managing fixed-price projects.
  
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
