At Web Spiders, our flagship SaaS platform SpiderX AI is revolutionizing enterprise engagement with hyper-realistic AI agents across text, voice, and video. We are looking for a Pre-Sales &Business Analyst who can connect client requirements with product capabilities, while also supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategy and internal process optimization.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client-facing solutioning as much as internal business analysis and strategic alignment. You’ll collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams—helping SpiderX win new business, streamline adoption, and strengthen market presence. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Sales & Client Engagement:
    • Partner with the sales team to deliver impactful client presentations, demos, and workshops.
    • Translate client requirements and challenges into tailored SpiderX SaaS solutions.
    • Support proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, business cases, and ROI analysis.
    • Contribute to building thought leadership materials (use-case decks, case studies, POV documents).
  • Business Analysis & Process Optimization:
    • Work with internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
    • Map, analyze, and improve business processes for seamless SaaS adoption.
    • Provide feedback to product teams to refine feature roadmap and client fit.
    • Ensure smooth handover of requirements and solution expectations between pre-sales and delivery.
  • GTM & Strategic Support:
    • Support leadership in shaping GTM strategy for SpiderX and other WS products.
    • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify opportunities.
    • Track SaaS KPIs and provide insights that influence sales and marketing strategies.
    • Align marketing, sales, and product teams with data-driven recommendations.
Who Can Apply:
  • Experienced professionals in Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, SaaS solutioning, or GTM strategy.
  • Freshers from reputed B-Schools or candidates with internship experience in sales, consulting, or SaaS products, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to create proposals, business cases, and solution documentation.
  • Familiarity with SaaS/AI platforms or enterprise IT solutions is a plus.
  • MBA/PGDM preferred (for freshers/entry-level applicants).
