WS is urgently seeking a HR Executive to join. The ideal candidate will have experience with full life cycle of technical recruitment from source to hire. Should have good in-depth technical knowledge and prior experience in hiring hi-end technical person in software industry.
Prior Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in Software industry as hi-end Technical Recruiter.
Opening for Recruiter based on the work related to sourcing profile, shortlisting , screening coordinating interview towards finalization till deployment to 100% of recruitment. Based on sourcing profile, coordinating interview towards finalization till deployment.
Responsible for the full life cycle of technical recruitment from source to hire .
Should have good in-depth Technical knowledge and prior experience in hiring hi-end Technical person in software industries like iOS, Android , flex, .Net, PHP, Java , Web Designer , Visualizer and various mobile applications etc.
Create exciting job postings geared toward attracting candidates who want to be a part of WS Group .
Recommend ideas and process improvements related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
Providing complete support to HR & Admin Dept. as & when required.
A minimum of 3+years of progressive experience recruiting in a high-volume full life-cycle in corporate environment.
Sound Experience recruiting various technical resources based on software industry, knowledge of mobile applications a plus.
Capability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Good communication skills.
