ACC Limited is India's foremost manufacturer of cement and ready mixed concrete. ACC approached WS to develop an app for the end customer to view and request assistance and products to get their own building work done. The requirements included launching the application along with a custom CRM.
WS developed the ACC app for mobile and tablet that is connected to multi level , custom created CRM - that helps to manage the app & its requests to respective internal team of ACC. The intricate CRM architecture with escalation matrix was built using dot net custom.

The client was impressed with end product and we further added a one page responsive website with app link for more customer engagement. The app has POC in East-India with plans of further developments and having a wider reach.
