Web Spiders Group is seeking a Scrum Master to join. The candidate must have strong analytical skills with Innovative ideas and be able to think on their feet.
Prior Experience: 10-12 Years of experience
Location: Ahmedabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Noida, Pune / Remote for now
Contract Duration : 3 months
Responsibilities
- Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
- Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organization
- Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Early detection, reporting and management of risks/issues within project delivery.
- Planning and Reporting of progress to programme leadership.
- Cross functionally supporting Developer, Tester, Designer and BAU Support team members as required
Skills and experiences:
- Experience managing projects end to end
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Knowledge in Agile projects using SCRUM or KANBAN
