We’re seeking a Account Manager (Sales & Marketing) who is personable, self-driven, passionate and ambitious! We’re looking for someone with rich sales experience and super excited to tell others about our hybrid and virtual event product offerings. You will work with a global sales team to build and close a rapidly growing pipeline. You are capable of independently identifying high potential prospects and managing early sales funnel activities. We’ll provide all the training you need to be successful. We're excited to be working with someone who is highly motivated, a team player, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and is happy to work with a remote team.

Prior Experience: Minimum 6+ Years of experience in Team Management.

Location: USA - San Francisco Bay Area

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
  • Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a technical expert.
  • Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
  • Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
  • Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
  • Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
  • Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
  • Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.
  • Producing detailed costs for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable.
  • Background of the Pre Sales Consultant.
  • Previous experience working within a technical pre sales position.
  • Must be a subject matter expert with extensive software systems experience.
  • An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Previous experience working for a competitor in a similar position would be strong.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years experience in B2B/B2B software sales.
  • Excellent analytical skills & strategic thinking ability.
  • New Business Lead generation B2B - Database marketing.
  • Strong experience in documentation - Tender, SRS, SOW, proposals, case studies, presentations.
  • Requirement gathering & generating new business.
  • Has understanding of the Digital Agency and Software Agency business.
  • Manage entire bid process as per clients specifications.
  • Communicate new project opportunities to existing & potential client experience in presales.
  • Understands SaaS, Mobile, AI and Software sales process.
  • Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card

Leave Benefits

  • Paid and Sick Leave - 20 Days
    Apart from standard public holidays (details on our Intranet) employees are entitled to the following leave structure after 4 months of their tenure.
    Paid leaves – 14 days in a calendar year
    Sick leaves – 6 days in a calendar year
  • Maternity Leave
    Employees of Web Spiders are entitled to 26 weeks of paid maternity leave as per statutory laws and company guidelines.
  • Special Bereavement Benefit
    It is available to employees for immediate family bereavement and is processed in a short notice. It forms part of overall leave and can be extended based on the management's decision.

Working Hours

Normal working hours at Web Spiders are from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Monday through Friday).
