Sales Associate - Event apps and Enterprise Mobile Apps

WS (Web Spiders) Group is looking for a dynamic Sales Associate for Event apps and Enterprise Mobile Apps that will be primarily responsible for pro-active acquisition of new customers.

Prior Experience: 5+ year of relevant work experience in business development/sales, and in selling event services

Location: Singapore


  • Prior experience of selling to event planners and organisers
  • Relevant sales/acquisition experience with a proven sales track record
  • Market knowledge & ability to sell to customer needs
  • Socially adapt, with good verbal and written communication, prospecting, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation and documentation skills, and with attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines, and deliver high quality work in a dynamic environment
  • Highly results-driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with strong time management skills
  • Team player with initiative and assertiveness
  • Passion for sales and providing excellent customer service, with ability to deal with people of all levels in complex and difficult situations
  • Commitment to quality in performing required tasks
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering or Business/Commerce, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience of selling mobile app products and services is a plus
  • Experience of working with/managing overseas development teams
  • IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications
  • PR/Singaporean


  • Perform lead generation, capture leads and drive leads to the sales funnel
  • Sales presentation, create proposals, and close sales contract
  • Understanding the needs of the leads, and provide the right service for them
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings, and conduct regular market updates and follow-up activities for target customer groups, to better enhance products differentiation in relation to external competition
  • Create innovative Sales and Marketing plans to drive demand
  • Communicate day-to-day status on activities
  • Make recommendations on product strategies based on customer requirements
