Regional Manager - UK

At WS Group, the Regional Manager would be responsible for new business generation and account management. The successful candidate must have several years of technical sales experience into a relevant market sector, such as Content Management System (CMS) and/ or Enterprise Mobility. The candidate should display an immediate and industrious "get on with it" approach, to capitalise on existing opportunities, as well as developing new ones, through own initiative and business development skills.

Prior Experience: Business Development and Sales experience for any CMS platform and allied services. Selling to Partner network is an added qualification.

Location: Birmingham / London


  • Responsible for end-to-end business development activities, which includes lead generation through cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Handle enquiries based on products and services provided by WS.
  • Should have experience in one or more platforms, e.g., ISPs, Financials, Marketers, Retail.
  • To exceed monthly/ quarterly sales targets by selling products and services offered by WS in the UK region.
  • Engage with customers to understand business objectives and provide solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
  • Identify territories, research & develop go-to-market territory strategy, and create qualified target account list.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).
  • Participate in events and conferences as and when required for growing the brand and customer base.


  • 3+ years of relevant experience in business development.
  • Must have prior experience with channel sales in a CMS company.
  • Prior experience in selling Mobile Applications and Content Management System (CMS) is preferred.
  • Be ready to self-start and self-manage remotely. In turn we will offer the opportunity to join a rapidly growing and technically innovative company.
  • Successful history of new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
  • Demonstrable track record of sales over set target.
