WS is urgently seeking Presales Executive to join. The ideal candidate will have experience with business proposal, tender, SOW, case studies, presentations, solution etc. The candidate must have strong analytical skills with Innovative ideas and able to think on their feet.
Prior Experience: Minimum 2 + Years of experience into presales activities
Location: Kolkata and Bangalore
Work with the technical teams to set-up the repository of the recent client presentations, RFI / RFP responses, etc.
Maintain the repository to ensure that all recent documents are added
Work with senior team members in preparing standard decks
Create and update standard decks, by scenario, that highlight the best slides that can be leveraged in future presentations, RFP responses
Understand the proposal / presentation objectives and determine what is required of the Proposal
Prepare and design SOW, proposals, case studies, presentations, solution
Present the Proposal to client
Source information from relevant internal sources, collating and analyzing information logically and producing high quality outputs by deploying standard templates in a timely manner
Create the document structure as per the RFP/proposal requirement and discuss with senior team members
Populate standard responses in the template to prepare a first draft of the response in a timely manner
Ensure that presentations / proposals look professional and attractive to the end client and are developed within stated timelines
Online bidding for RFI/RFP and other requirements received from Sales Team
Searching for relevant Tenders in country specific portals
Requirement gathering and analysis
Preparation of the response documents for Online Bids, RFI, RFP while following their guidelines and submitting in the respective portals
Site Map & User Flow Creation
Creation of Wireframes in Balsamiq , Axure RP , etc.
Creation of Sales Presentation, Marketing Collaterals, Proposals, T&M & Fixed Cost Agreements, SOW, SRS, CR Note, Order Forms.
Coordination with cross functional teams for gathering estimates and other valuable inputs for the requirement
Receiving Client calls.
