Web Spiders Group is looking for Customer Success Associate for its 24/7 support team. We need a person with technical bend of mind, excellent communication skill and ready to work for rotational shifts to provide support to our client 24/7.
Prior Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in relevant domain
Engage customers in a professional manner, resolving requests and incidents with a high sense of urgency and ownership.
Responsible to provide concise and clear updates to customer service requests and incidents as per the project's mandate.
Identify recurring incidents with customers and determine the need to escalate to the appropriate technical resources, ensuring resolution of more complex issues.
Stay current on technology trends and Information Technology concepts both Web and Mobile.
Responsible for First Call Resolution utilizing your troubleshooting skills and following the defined processes.
Customer satisfaction mindset is critical to this position.
Should have good analytical skills.
Excellent verbal & written Communication.
Should have experience in Manual Testing - Web & Mobile Apps.
Should have experience in handling incident management tools eg: JIRA, Mantis, Bugzilla.
Knowledge in Automation testing is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PPT.
Ready to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Paid and Sick Leave - 20 Days
