WS is currently looking for Learning & Development Executive who will be responsible for the successful design, delivery and management of programs that facilitate continuous learning of associates at all levels. Aspirant will work closely with business leaders, practice leads and people team members to develop a learning approach aligned with the business strategy and based on the thoughtful identification and prioritization of training requirements.
Prior Experience: 5 - 8 years’ experience in Human Resources/Learning and Development in which 4 years of experience in core Learning & Development preferred.
Proven ability to perform the following task: - conducting learning needs assessments, solution design, creating training plans/roadmaps, program execution.
Understanding of Numbers/ metric based evaluation.
Establish a regular rhythm of Training Needs Identification & Analysis (TNI&A) to identify employee training needs and capability gaps.
Design and develop learning solutions that leverage industry best practices, and align with the strategic plan of the delivery teams.
Partner with directors, practice heads to identify appropriate metrics to monitor performance and training effectiveness.
Design and implement knowledge management solutions, including web based training and simulated learning with internal and external agencies.
Launch career and personal development programs to groom associates at all levels in line with the Organization’s development plans.
Partner with HR team to conduct needs assessments to determine learning requirements. Needs assessment methods include job analysis, focus groups, interviews and surveys.
Plan, organize and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific training project goals and objectives within scope, time and budgetary constraints.
Recognize and adapt best practices in the area of Learning and Development.
Post Graduate with a specialization in Human Resources from a premier institute
At least 5 - 8 years’ experience in Human Resources/Learning and Development in which 4 years of experience in core Learning & Development preferred.
Experience of conducting, organizing and measuring training programs
Personal training experience is preferred
A proven experience with experiential learning programs.
Strong written and verbal presentation and facilitation skills
Strong organization skills
Demonstrates effective communication skills both orally and in written form, through a clear statement of objectives, findings and recommendations
Ability to lead teams and manage cross functions.
Organization Development (OD) experience in previous roles will be an added advantage
