We are looking for a HR Executive (Technical Recruitment) to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams. Being a Technical Recruiter you will be involved in sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

Prior Experience: Minimum 3 Years of experience in IT Recruitment.

Location: Kolkata OR Remote India

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for end to end recruitment i.e sourcing profile, shortlisting, screening, coordinating interview towards finalization till onboarding.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
  • Salary Negotiation.
  • Documentation & Background verification.
  • Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

Requirements

  • Should have in-depth technical knowledge and prior experience in hiring high-end technical persons in software industries like iOS, Android , Node JS, Angular, React, .Net, PHP, Java , Web Designer, Project Managers & other various technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (F2F, Skype, Google Meet, Zoom etc).
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc).
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in corporate recruitment is a plus.

Leave Benefits

  • Paid and Sick Leave - 20 Days
    Apart from standard public holidays (details on our Intranet) employees are entitled to the following leave structure after 4 months of their tenure.
    Paid leaves – 14 days in a calendar year
    Sick leaves – 6 days in a calendar year
  • Maternity Leave
    Employees of Web Spiders are entitled to 26 weeks of paid maternity leave as per statutory laws and company guidelines.
  • Special Bereavement Benefit
    It is available to employees for immediate family bereavement and is processed in a short notice. It forms part of overall leave and can be extended based on the management's decision.

Working Hours

Normal working hours at Web Spiders are from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Monday through Friday).
