FUTR 2019 was one of the most important events in the South Asian business landscape. With more than 3,500 attendees, 25% of them C-Level Executives, it’s a dynamic, diverse conference and a peek into the future of retail, marketing and commerce in the region.

During the panel panel discussion on Omnichannel Retailing And Digital Transformation Siddharth emphasized how AI-enabled apps such as e2m.live could vastly change the landscape of the global event management industry. When asked how his app would cater to older millennials and baby boomers who preferred the occasional personal touch, Mr. Jhunjhunwala drew their attention to ZOE, Web Spiders’ AI chatbot offering that can effortlessly integrate with the event app. To date, ZOE has been remarkably successful at responding to close-ended queries such as the Wi-Fi password, navigation on the event floor, location of the food-stalls, etc.

Gamification is definitely one of the features that generated the most interest among attendees. In the course of the 2-day event, curious visitors from industries as varied as healthcare and hospitality frequented the WS booth to enquire after the gamification attributes of e2m.live and its AR and VR extensions.

Possibilities of gamification, including in-app loyalty programs, AR-enabled treasure hunts and reward-based games were discussed at the e2m.live booth at FUTR Singapore 2019.

Hundreds of attendees downloaded e2m.live at the event. Its push notifications and note-taking features were a hit with its users. Additionally, participants enjoyed uploading photos on its social walls and taking the in-app surveys.
