Opportunity:

Web Spiders was required to develop a Patients referrals system, which allowed tracking and update of patient data. The project involved a new user interface, substantial upgrade of existing CMS and additions of new features such as list functionality and search. There were a number of instances when the system analysis required to be redone in order to reflect the correct functions of the intranet.

Solution:

The development team spent time interacting with the customer and Web Spiders Partners to get the correct logic in place. Web Spiders completed all requirements as per specification provided. The search, listing features, protection of confidential information of patients, and tracking of occupancy rates were some of the new features added to the intranet.
