Opportunity:
Managed Response Marketing (MRM) provides designing and printing services to small
and medium sized enterprises. It is therefore necessary to provide an online solution
to these enterprises whereby they can access the site, select and customize their
templates and place orders for the same. This will, in turn, automate the process
of ordering marketing material and also speed up the entire process of capturing
and delivering orders.
Solution:
Web Spiders developed REMAX in accordance with the client’s specifications. REMAX
is basically the publishing company’s E-Commerce site where users can choose, customize
and preview schedule templates, order online from the chosen templates, generate
and print invoices, keep track of orders and view their purchase history. It is
an online ordering system for different catalogues like Listing Kits, Business Cards,
Marketing Cards and other stationery, for the registered users of the Managed Response
Marketing. This online ordering system will enable the interested users to register
on the site and place orders for the catalogues. They can also choose from the available
design templates and the finish and style options.
REMAX has two sections:
- The Admin section will enable the client to see a list of all the registered users,
view the orders placed by them and setup the prices of every template. It will also
allow the administrators to manage users and orders, export the order report to
excel, and set up the prices of the products.
- The User section will allow the registered users to browse through the catalogues,
view the products and place orders.
