MFB is a network of likeminded parents sharing their holiday experiences with respect to the different destinations and hotels that are especially suited to cater to their children's needs. The client needed a site that would allow users to find family reviews as well as photographs of particular holiday locations, hotels, and resorts, and also check out the reasons why families have recommended these destinations as great places for a vacation with children.

In addition, the site would feature destination tips for places in different countries across the world. The site, therefore, needed to be designed in a way that would help users plan a vacation with their kids and check out all the must-see places in the country they wish to visit. Apart from this, the site also required creation of a special section where users can submit vacation destination recommendations and share their experiences with other families.

Solutions

Keeping in mind the requirements of the client, Web Spiders created a custom solution. The entire system was built using LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySql, PHP), and Smarty was used as the template engine.
