Client has a web based portal where members can view or submit posts for various
categories like:
- For Sale
- Jobs and Career Opportunities
- Services
- Real Estate & Housing
- Cars & Vehicles
For this portal, Web Spiders developed a native iPhone application that communicates
with the server by using REST API. The application allows users to authenticate
or register, search posts, and submit posts. Prominent features of the application
are described below:
- Registration for first time users
- Authentication using iPhone-id
- Detection of current location using iPhone GPS facility
- Ability for user to set location or category on search
- Ability to capture multiple images using iPhone camera, and submit them together with the post
