Opportunity:

The client required the development of a course on "System Safety Standards". The basic content for this had been developed by "System Assurance - Atkins rail". The primary aim of this course was to establish a framework for a common understanding and a consistent approach towards safety assurance. It was also necessary to facilitate the cross acceptance of systems and products through this course.

Solution:

Keeping the client's PowerPoint presentations and other content as the reference point, Web Spiders developed the course by using Adobe Flash software. The course was designed in a way that would facilitate its running within the Tablet PC. The user would also have the provision of taking a printout of any topic page, as required. Since the course was developed for the purpose of training personnel, features like "Highlighter" and "White Board Marker" were also implemented.
