We have a regular and process oriented appraisal system to facilitate all-round development, wherein all employee performances are evaluated on a quarterly basis. Web Spiders prides in being a low-hierarchy company and all employees have easy access to the management for regular feedback and exchange of ideas.

Training Room and Library

At Web Spiders, we have a training room and an extensive library to facilitate advanced learning and development for all employees. We have an extensive range of books, magazines and electronic resources available in our library for our employees. New titles are added regularly so that Spiders can always remain ahead on the learning curve.

Lunch Subsidy

Web Spiders offers high-quality, fresh, healthy lunch to all its employees at a 50% subsidy as per company norms. Complimentary snacks are often served during evening hours.

Confirmation from Day 1

In most cases by default, you are confirmed from day 1 and we do not put you on a probationary period.

Paid transportation benefit

Employees are entitled to re-imbursements of transport costs after 9.30 pm as per guidelines and norms.

Leave Benefits

• Web Spiders Paid leaves – 14 days in a calendar year.
• Web Spiders Sick leaves – 6 days in a calendar year.

Maternity Leave

Employees of Web Spiders are also entitled to 12 weeks of paid maternity leave subject to their tenure in the company as per statutory laws and company guidelines.

Special Bereavement benefit

This is a benefit available to employees for immediate family bereavement and is processed in short notice. Though it forms part of overall leave, it can be extended based on the Management's decision.

Study Leave

Study Leave is granted to the employees of Web Spiders for giving external examinations. The approval for this solely rests on the discretion of the management.

On-the-job Training

Web Spiders offers regular on-the-job training programs to the employees, including training on FLEX, EKTRON, AJAX, UML, HTML and other upcoming technologies. Apart from this, Web Spiders also offers soft skills training programs at regular intervals.

Financial Benefits

Opt-in Provident Fund
All employees of Web Spiders can opt for Provident Fund benefits. An amount equivalent to 12.5% of the basic salary is added as employer’s contribution. This is part of overall CTC.

Gratuity
After 5 years of continuous service, the employees become eligible for gratuity. It is given @ 15 days basic salary for every completed year of service.
